Who we are

Vovido is a traditional Vietnamese martial arts club training in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kerava, Finland. Vovido is the controller of the personal data described here.

You can reach us through the contact form, Facebook or Instagram.

What we collect

• Your name and phone number.
• Your email address, if you choose to give it.
• The training you are interested in, your preferred location and your message.
• The language of the page you used.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your inquiry and to arrange a trial class or training with you. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before joining the club (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Who can see it

Your inquiry is stored on the server that hosts this website and sent to the club’s email inbox. Only Vovido’s instructors handle it. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to reply and arrange training, and we delete it sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
